If they went and shot the doctor for negligence resulting in death you'd be bitching about that.

If they had given any amount of money for compensation to the victims family you would say they were buying them off.

I don't think the doctor should be shot but he did kill someone with his negligance. I may not like the Chinese justice system but I hope they find a solution that is fair to these parents.
