Point should be clear.....
The military member WILL NOT get the shots thru the provincial system as they do not provide our Health Care. The Federal Government is totally responsible for our Health Care and is doing what they have too.

I have always thought being clear was the best way to get your point across and not look like an idiot. Considering guard could mean almost anything and the word reserves, specifically means part time solider (coincidently the group the article is talking about), I would have used the word reserves. Further, the NL reservists and regular military would ALL be needed if an emergency was declared. Hence they should be a priority. If you want to keep going, go right ahead.

acidcomplex acidcomplex: Guy_Fawkes Guy_Fawkes: Who is jumping ahead? The powers that be feel it we be detrimental if we lost large amounts of the military to a strain of flu. It wont be grandma keeping the peace if this shit really gets out of hand. lol agreed, but unless 3/4 of the guard is in NL your point is not valid. Also i was more referring to the flames jumping the line guard?

Sad really. People should really be able to present an educated argument if they want to at least appear credible. Guard?

Don't get him going..........he'll pull out the baby card. He was probably one of the ones standing on the soap box a few weeks ago calling everyone sheep for getting the shot.

I don't have a problem with the military, police, and emergency services getting theirs first. If the shit hits the fan, we need them to be operable. I do however, think that a hockey team is not a priority and am glad that heads rolled over that call.(Flames)

Flames fans are okay with that.
