Derby, you've missed the fact that Ignatieff didn't rescind the coalition agreement he signed and is still valid until 2011.
You are ignoring the fact your evidence was simply laughable. You would never accept a Liberal blogger using an anonymous email from a CPC insider as anything but made up and I think you know that. Its one thing to be partisan for your political side but yet another to simply believe evidence just because it might support your theory (which is what 9/11 truthers do).
OnTheIce OnTheIce:
So while there is speculation, Ignatieff could end the speculation by tearing up the agreement that Liberals alike continue to deny he signed.
Who said he hasn't. I might mention that since you thought it was crafty politics when Harper kept dangling the home reno tax credit (instead of making it law as fast as he could) you should respect that Iggy can be playing crafty politics by dangling the coalition over Laytons head for leverage.
It works both ways.
OnTheIce OnTheIce:
With that said, the candidate is entitled to his own opinion and unfortunately, he's trying to bribe the constituents which is a class-a stupid move on his part. Not only does he look like a douche but he makes the party look bad as a whole.
I hope he gets turfed for being an idiot.
Yes it is. We both know full well that had this been a Liberal accusing Harper of this then
all Liberals would have been smeared but since its a Tory candidate, well its just his opinion.
For all we know Harper OK'ed it hoping to push enough undecideds into thinking they'd better vote CPC if they want to see some of the stimulus gravy before its gone. Thats just speculation though.
