I'm pissed that his feet will even be allowed to touch our country's soil. How come we kept a malingering low-level goof like George Galloway from entering Canada but a much worse creature like Khadafi, who is pure evil on just about every level, is going to be allowed in?

The fact that any member of the government, much less someone at the level of a cabinet minister, is going to meet him makes it even more disgusting. We did a great thing by walking out on Ahmadinejad's rotten speech at the UN yesterday but we reversed a lot of that good vibe with allowing this fascist thing entry to our land.

Keep that rotten mudering terrorist Libyan motherfucker out of Canada! Period! :x

"Minister Cannon will voice Canada's strong disapproval over the hero's welcome organized for Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, the man responsible for the Lockerbie terrorist bombing."

Soudas underlined that it's not an official visit, and that transatlantic flights often stop to refuel in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Good idea but we'd just end up on Gordon Brown's bad side if we ever did anything mean to his new BFF.

He's a Head of State and unlike those Libyan wankers, we play by the rules.

I'm really impressed that Cannon is going out to God's own NFLD to give him shit though.

Mr_Canada Mr_Canada:
Like I said before, I want a cup of coffee with this loon. If nothing at all, to discuss his hat.

Highly unlikely.

I can't even see why you would want to. This guy has sponsored terrorism for decades.

After reading about his rant at the UN I highly doubt anything any rational person says to him would make one iota of sense.

The guy's a certified loon, which I suppose is to be expected especially when you play in the middle of the worlds largest sandbox and hump camels for a vocation.

One of the best novel I've read is about Gadhafi sponsoring a terrorist nuclear attack in NYC.

$1:
The Fifth Horseman is a novel (hard cover, paperback, and book on audio cassette) written by Larry Collins and Dominique Lapierre. In a suspenseful novel of terrorist threat, Libyan leader Qaddafi holds New York City hostage with the threat of setting off a hidden nuclear bomb. The book had such a shocking effect that the French President cancelled the sale of nuclear reactors to Libya, even though it was meant for peaceful purposes. Paramount Pictures, which was planning to make a film based on the book, dropped the idea in the fear that some fanatics would try to emulate the scenario in real life.
