Sounds like they are just carrying on their proud tradition to pretend to cooperate to get as many hand-outs and concessions from the government as possible then, money in pocket, reniging on everything they promised and cry "woe is me" to attract more attention so that the government will feel shamed by human rights groups to give them more hand-outs and concessions...

It ends probably when this nation treats them as equals and ends it policy of paying them off for the land it wanted , After all their is no land left to rape .
