And that trend is, even though people aren't breaking Free Speech laws, they are still being sued for what they say, even when there's nothing being said about causing harm, or instilling hatred.

Like seriously, EB and others have taken a few shots at the Scots. I'm Scottish so does that mean if I'm offended by what they've said I should have the RIGHT to sue them? Should I be able to sue the website owner if I want those comments taken down and he doesn't remove them?

This is just hypothetical of course because I'm not the least bit offended by what was said. Just trying to make a point of how ridiculous the whole thing is getting.
