I am not making excuses at all, I am stating facts. Other than you, I have been pregnant, TWICE. I had postpartum depressions. TWICE.

No you are making teh assumption that 'life' is 'harder' for a woman who is pregnant than anything else a man could experience, and that men just don't experience the same difficulties with hormones. I know this brenda: if I was beaten as a child, if I was experiencing a testosteroine flux, if I was experiencing a 'roid rage because of medication, if I was 'talked into it by my girlfriend' that it wouldn't make the slightest difference to my sentancing if I killed a child.

But if I was a woman, well then, there must be some kind of excuse.

I have 7 kids from 17yrs to 7 months, i have seen my wife a little crazy, but not enough to put a BAG over the head of one of our children, she should be getting a harder sentence. lets not forget the victim, a little baby just needing someone
