This was just the latest one but there are plenty more examples of the Obama government operating completely 180 of what they said. Closing down dealerships except those of democrats is just the latest.

I hope he does - like Republicans ever did fuck all for Democrat voters. Seems fair to me to reward those who vote for you and ignore those who didn't.

I still don't get this whole "closing dealerships" idea. My friend owns a dealership and he says it doesn't cost GM a dime to operate them, in fact GM makes money off them because after the dealership has a car for more than 3 months the dealership has to pay interest on it. Sounds kind of backwards to me.

lower the competition, raise the prices, raise the margins.
lower 'client' list will reduce paperwork and such for distribution.
get things a little more centralized.
