I love being Nova Scotian and living on the hopefully pristine St. Margaret's Bay 34km from Downtown Halifax... but when I'm in town it's a horrible thing to look out at the Narrows and Bedford Basin and imagine what's going on in there...
We need to get this done now

I agree, when I lived in Dartmouth the harour and the basin were noticably polluted, living on base in Dartmouth we would always see nasty shit wash up on shore.
