Dion was finished from the start seems to be the sentiment many have and i think that was true .
the reality is Ignatieff and Rae were too upset at losing to ever want to see Dion actually win anything .
as the conservatives say about iggy , its all about him . he wanted to be pm , he didn't want dion to be pm . its just about himself and his personal goals .
the ctv interview had little effect , dion was done because even the liberals didn't want him to win .
