They did the numbers on ctv last night and the jump is from people starting their own bussiness.
Not new jobs created anywhere,people got tired of waiting and went their own way.
So thats why the numbers jumped.
And that is the good part of free market. No bailouts should have been had except in the way of tax cuts. If you give everyone a break and put money in their pocket they will spend it.
