Rest assured, regardless of which party ( a fitting description of any group of pols if ever there was one!)is in office, no matter how much of our money they piss away, in the end we are getting fucked twice on ech deal. Once when they lose the money and the second time after 'they' raise our taxes again to cover the loss! And we take it again and again!

The Canadian government has a bad record of pouring money into lost causes, whether they be Conservatives or Liberals. Rather than forgiving student debt, farm debt or the debt of any other small to medium sized Canadian business, they tax the shit out of the middle class, while parasites on both ends of the socio economic scale feed off the blood of the middle class.

The coalition would have done the same damn thing. But if Harper had any brains (or any honour) he would have LET that happen rather than selling out his principles to retain power. If Harper had acted like a man instead of a power-hungry coward, the Conservatives could be gaining points right now as the Opposition, hammering away at the coalition for the folly of the budget.
