How's this for a deterrent? Those caught and convicted should be locked up under very harsh conditions. Not 'Club Fed'! A cage. Welded shut. With a loop welded on the ceiling and an 6 ft length of rope within easy reach. Early parole any time they want it! 'Stay or go' that person will never cause problems for society again.

That would no doubt be a very effective deterrent! And for those who fail to 'get the message', there's always room for one more!

It works just fine as long as the format is followed correctly. When you don't quote properly it makes your posts harder to read and understand and it detracts from the points you are making.

Imagine a post just filled with spelling errors. Woudn't taht anooy you? Coudl you have s propper debte taht way?

Do you see that little 'button' on the uppr right hand corner of each members post? Good! I see it too! THAT is what I use when I wish to make a quote. SOMETIMES it turns out the way YOU LIKE IT TO and sometimes it don't. Get over it!
