That's the difference, we only use ours for Hunting and target practice, we don't bring them to Church, Kids soccer games and weddings

I'm well aware thanks but my point is simply that we don't go waving them around in government on the streets that's why we have a lower rate of crime around them. they are for the most part locked up or kept under control thus the idea of "no guns". You never see them in the streets and you would certainly never hear of a "right to bear arms" in Canada.

I'm not sure what country you're from but to me "no guns" means a lack of guns. Not a lack of unlocked guns.
