Me too! There was one night when we were driving around and we saw something in the sky. We followed it and it looked like a orange triangle.

Here is my official report on the Nation UFO Reporting Center

It could be a wild story but, if true, I doubt anyone will take any action to disprove it because so many people would dismiss it out of hand anyway.

I've wondered that if a genuine first contact were to take place would it be kept secret so as not to upset people? Really, just think of the muslims and nutbars from various faiths who'd have to reconcile extraterrestrial life with their narrow-minded little view of the universe and the rioting in the streets that would ensue should it become known that we have made contact with aliens?

As to the speed of light, it is no more a barrier to velocity than was the speed of sound or 60mph was back in the late 1700's when it was posited that the human body would not be able to survive the stresses of travel at 60mph and that rail speeds should be kept limited.

We just don't know our way around the light speed issue just yet. Someday we will. It stands to reason that someone else in the universe may have figured it out already.

Well some people think that the US government has been coving up a lot about UFOs and intelligent lifeforms. Area 51?

I really don't know whether to believe it or not. But it does make sense in a way. Many people spot UFOs, the government must know about this, but they don't say anything so there isn't a mass panic situation.

I think Area 51 is just skunk works, I don't think there is alien bodies there, it stands to reason that perhaps IF there were Alien Crashes and surviving then maybe it would be transfered to the A51. Does anyone think the Russians have a similar facility?

I would not doubt it.

I believe too. I just hate though being guilted by association with the Alex Jones Show phone-in types and the other assorted cabbage-leaf-worn-as-a-hat clowns who claim they got abducted and anal probed. Yeah, the visitors from Vulcan who just travelled thirty light years to get here are all butt-stuffers who like kidnapping and molesting rednecks. Riiiight.

What people also don't know about Area 51 is that it was used to hide and test aircraft for the U.S. Airforce in secrecy so the designs and abilities of it wouldn't get into the hands of enemy countries like russia. The Stealth Bomber was in Area 51. Which is why if you look at Google's maps and find Area 51. It has a wide range of airfields.

UFO's aren't always alien related, my best guess is that they are government projects to upgrade there military toys as next gen equipment. As for the whole saucer thing, idk what that is about. Maybe people just take the whole stereo-type alien craft from the movies (saucer) and just claim it as that.

Which would explain the government cover-up, if they are aircraft designed by the government as next gen. Obviously it would be hush-hush and if somebody saw one them in a test run, government would cover it up. However there is a lot of UFO sightings the government doesn't cover up which means the sightings are bs. Wouldn't explain with the wide range of sightings that the government would only cover up a selected group of them.
