The gagetown Sats do have their bugs though, they tend to fill with CO2 quickly which is quite annoying....
O its not a perfect system by any means, especially in accuracy and realism. But still serves a purpose nonetheless.

Don't be too quick to call bs on the use of video games in relation to real world combat.
Yes granted and obviously there is nothing that completely takes the place of real world training.
What the gaming is doing is essentially training the mind to fire on human targets, and in no small part desensitization to killing, exposure to gaming like COD or many other FPS games results in the formation of a pavlovian response to seeing a human from behind a weapon/in a weapons sights. Stimulus= human in cross hairs, Response= pull trigger, Reward= human figure drops in a horribly realistic way, or is cut apart again in a most horrible way like in Soldier of Fortune.
Not to mention most of these game creators actually go out and test the weapons they put in the game so they are able to transfer how the weapon reacts into the game.
Lt. Col. Dave Grossmann in his book 'On Killing' devotes a chapter near the end of his book to the phenomenon of FPS gaming and youth, very interesting and very very scary.
