This whole ordeal has been interesting to me because in my elementary school, we didn't sing the anthem everyday. We might have only sang it during assemblies, but I can't really remember.

In highschool, the only time I recall singing the anthem was at the Remembrance Day and grad ceremonies, though I'm sure there were other instances. Just not everyday.

What was an argument during this discussion is that if you are not raised with the anthem daily, you can hardly be patriotic Just because you haven't heard that song enough
