I say we reduce incarceration times to 1.5 yrs max. Infact lets automatically make released pedophiles child care workers...It'll rehabilitate them.
Man,if even the epicentre of conservatism and law and order is doing this bullshit theres no hope for Canada.

I continually find it ironic that the definition of insanity (NCR) is "not knowing right from wrong."
Isn't not knowing right from wrong why you commit crimes in the first place?
(I prefer the definition: "Is unable to constrain his behavior to lawful actions, and unable to comprehend the severity and consequences of his actions." As this means that not only they can't help themselves, they're Lennying it. "I will pet him and hug him and call him George.")
