Arctic_Menace Arctic_Menace: I'm laughing because I remember when a bunch of the Liberals were saying that it would happen, but the Conservatives blew it off as "paranoia and scare tactics".  That's funny? I wish it weren't true. Do you work and pay rent?

I start a new job Monday, $22.50hr, 60 hours a week and I still can go home at night to sleep in my own bed.. Don't wanna bunk with Big Bubba thanks.

$1: The deficit in August was linked to a 10.1 per cent spending surge in transfers to provinces and individuals and in departmental costs. Hopefully this is true and we can get back to surplus for the rest of the year. I've lived through the Mulroney 80's, I don't like deficits.

We'll see, It'll take more then this for me to curse them but I'm keeping watch. Lord know when you're looking for a job you don't like to hear about problems in the economy.

You are kidding right? In less than one week I had 5 job offers. Only was hoping for one, the one that was 15 minutes from home and paid a living wage. (got it!) So dam tired of driving 45 minutes to 1 hour to work and the same back every night, fighting Calgary traffic, not to mention the cost of gas. Lots of jobs in Alberta.
