yeah, if the goverment says you are too stupid to properly raise a child after you give birth to one child, and you go on to have five more, i think you are really proving their point more than anything.

ok, i'll bite, to test this woman to see if she is capable of caring for a child, she should be given one of those anamatronic babies who needs to be 'changed' 'fed' etc, for a year, then the result of that would be the determining factor of her keeping her babies.
then if it is deemed that she indeed cannot physically/mentally take care of a baby then she is sterilized...hey, at least there's a chance for her.
