You act like it was their fault. The company broke the law, they're gonna get nailed.
I ask you again, have you ever worked for one of these dickwads? Turned on the news and seen repeated incidents like I described?
If my business has to obey the laws, so does everyone else's!

If they were in discussion with union reps and that was contrary to their employment contract as temporary immigrant workers, they broke the agreement and they go home. In fact, if it can be proven that union actions broke the agreement, they should be sued for the loss of labor and the cost replacing them.

The state of their conditions is a seperate argument.

Employment termination for one Bart. Seems they cancelled the contract or terminated the employee for forming Union.

Those Mexican's are going to live well of the backs of this company for a while. The owners don't know it yet, but they will be paying out their ass soon.

Union breaking is basically what this company has done...
