Wrong. This is a NATO war. And Canada is a part of NATO. NATO is an alliance that Canada joined willingly, and thus Canada must take part in NATO operations as per the alliance agreement. Plus, where does anybody get that the Americans aren't actively engaged in Afghanistan? Let's see...the United States was attacked. Sadly Streaker is right, this is an American made nightmare. The ISI spawned the Pashtun insurgency that we call the Taliban and the Pakistani Intelligence was funded directly by the US under Clinton no less. We have a UN/NATO mandate to be there now but to strike at the root is to understand that the evil spawned here was the same evil spawned under Prescott Bush when he funded the Nazi's untill 1942 when he was ordered not to.
