BartSimpson BartSimpson:
Sarah Palin has been a registered Republican since 1982 according to public records and was never a member of the AIP.

$1:
Officials of the Alaskan Independence Party say that Palin was once so independent, she was once a member of their party, which, since the 1970s, has been pushing for a legal vote for Alaskans to decide whether or not residents of the 49th state can secede from the United States.

And while McCain's motto -- as seen in a new TV ad -- is "Country First," the AIP's motto is the exact opposite -- "Alaska First -- Alaska Always."

After refraining from commenting on the charge for a day, the McCain campaign on Tuesday asserted that Palin was never a member of the AIP.

But Lynette Clark, the chairman of the AIP, tells ABC News that Palin and her husband Todd were members in 1994, even attending the 1994 statewide convention in Wasilla. Clark was AIP secretary at the time.

She running a state, not a war. Most state governors are paying little attention to things that don't directly affect their states.

Palin IRAQ 'A TASK FROM GOD'

Seems she has tied it to her faith Bart. So does she not think much of her religion?

Let me know when there is actually a substantial, verified objection to Palin's vice-presidency. She remains a rather uncontroversial figure, certainly not someone who has been shown capable of harming McCain's chances. I'll be waiting.

Well if you put it that way a garbage man could run for office. There would be nothing on the garbage man either except the fact that he would be running for a position that he had no discernible credibility to preform in the intended office. Seriously, do you want a Doctor to perform heart surgery or his secretary because that's the gap in the level of experience here.

So is what is good for the goose then good for the gander?

GOP cites Palin's skill, but how relevant is it?
$1:
Maj. Gen. Craig Campbell, adjutant general of the Alaska National Guard, considers Palin “extremely responsive and smart” and says she is in charge when it comes to in-state services, such as emergencies and natural disasters where the National Guard is the first responder.

But, in an interview with The Associated Press on Sunday, he said he and Palin play no role in national defense activities, even when they involve the Alaska National Guard. The entire operation is under federal control, and the governor is not briefed on situations.

I am not sure I wanted to contribute to such an openly Liberal bias thread.

I have posted a couple of links below, now I know the majority of the members on this thread are Liberals (90%) and will just pass over the links, not broading their views and looking at facts.

Nope they will just continute to cry, bitch and make infamitory and infactual posts and have no basis.

Gov. Sarah Palin's executive experience

Sarah Palin vs. Barack Obama

It's funny how all these comparisons are all between Palin and Obama. Shouldn't it be Obama vs. McCain?

Obama gave up trying to run against McCain since he keeps losing in the polls. So now his new strategy is to try to beat up on a girl.

$1:
McCain's Obama-Palin comparison falls short

By JIM DRINKARD – 1 hour ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — Republican presidential candidate John McCain says his vice presidential pick, Sarah Palin, was already an experienced government official while his Democratic rival, Barack Obama, was working as a community organizer.

She wasn't. Palin was finishing college, getting married and working as a TV sportscaster when Obama was directing a church-based community group on Chicago's South Side in 1985-88.

McCain sought to make the comparison in an appearance on Fox News Sunday, criticizing Obama as too inexperienced to be in the White House despite his choice of a running mate who's also being called too unseasoned for that role.

Challenged about his vice presidential choice, McCain said as governor of Alaska for the last two years, Palin "has had enormous responsibilities, none of which Senator Obama had." Later, McCain elaborated that "as a governor, she has had executive experience. She didn't sit in the state legislature."

The same contrast could be made with McCain himself, whose entire 26-year political career has been spent in Congress.

Obama reminds me of those U.S. Soldiers who ran to Canada.

Unpatriotic Coward Sympathizer Trolls. They should all move to Canada.

McCain a war hero, loves his country and would die for it.

He understands what it is to be a soldier and a P.O.W.

McCain & Palin will win the election and even the biased liberal pollsters and pundits are starting to say this. Ironically, this thing with Palin's daughter is helping her with the single moms who are a big chunk of Clinton's supporters.
