Yes they are. He isn't being beaten, jailed, or executed for his speech. He is being accused of something and is defending his position vigorously. He isn't denied the opportunity and it certainly isn't being hushed up or sept under the carpet. Hell, its giving him material for a book which he is likely writing right now which will net him more money then this exercise is costing him.

The HRC was set up to stop the kind of shit that women used to deal with, the ass slaps and sexual innuendoes inappropriate at work not to mention the gross violations that usually meant they either submit to the boss sexually or find a new job.

It was the right idea that like all good ideas is swinging the other way now.

Thats a far cry from saying that Ezra (a man whom accepted money to vacate a political position in favour of none other then our own PM Harper so ethics aren't his strong suit) is being denied rights.
