The least effective way to express concern with Russian threats to Poland, is by posting silly-assed anti-American comments here. Congratulations to the ideologically mutated life forms who do so....but you don't deserve to live beside a benevolent superpower...you deserve to live in the shadow of a totalitarian malevolent aggressor. If they ever have a Special Olympics Debating event, you are all locks for medals. (...because everyone gets a medal...)

escotty77 escotty77: Why should Russia trust the USA?For that matter why should anyone trust the USA? Shit, the US would attack Canada if they could figure out how to battle in snow storms and minus degree weather 365 days a year. So glad is is always cold in Canada. EH!

There has often been little difference between the two. had to laugh at that one umm gotta go the East Block and have a look around.. but go quick cause its changing, small villages for what was. regional towns for what is. bigger cities for what will be. and then, go back to Austria / West Germany and have a look at what they could have had. sorry Roman, no sale; i seriously doubt you would find anyone under 70 in the East who would agree they had a better deal under Moscow than we have under Washington.

EyeBrock EyeBrock: Bacardi4206 Bacardi4206: Russia is really going crazy, if they don't stop there agressive actions which they did to Canada, Georgia and now Poland. They are going to be in the middle of the shit storm. Russia cannot take on the whole world so they gotta stop acting like they can. Canada? Russian tanks in Mississauga? Those bastards! Maybe he means the world juinors and the hockey fight of the decade.

Ah give it up, Russia is a sovereign nation and they are protecting their nationals and their backyard interests by being in Georgia and they have far more right to be there than the fascist oil corps. Speaking of who has been meddling over there, choke on this one - http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/3406941.stm If you think anyone is gonna piss with Russia and continue it as the west, ie. bushco etc. have been doing for the past 10+ years, you have just seen the results of such action front and center. The Georgians got their ass kicked by being an agressor against a TOTALLY superior force, they and their backers are idiots. Just listen to one sentence out of the mouth of the fool Condi Rice on this topic says it all. One other thing, are you saying you believe this missile shield is to protect Ukraine from rogue nations, most notably Iran?

ANYONE want to make a bet Russia provides Iran with nukes just to distract the United States.
Russia is now the dominate oil supplier to Europe.
OIL will be the death of us all. Gold Fever (black gold) and nations will war.
Russia's military and infrastructure is all just painted rust.

Russia's military and infrastructure is all just painted rust. Good one, can't overly disagree. Russia is not a country where I would choose to live, travel to or anything of the sort. They are a force to be reckoned with and Russians have a stronger sense of national pride (imho) than any country in the west. If bushco chooses to continue provoking them it will get a lot uglier than what just happened. Standing by a house sized hornets nest and poking it with a stick has never been a healthy thing. P.S. They attach a lot of significance to Georgia because it was the birthplace of Lenin. As much as the guy was a mass murdering lunatic of the highest order, people have short memories when it comes to their icons.

Unfortunately, and fortunately for them, a good many ex-Soviet slave states disagree with that simplistic and pro-Russian stance you have adopted. The Czechs, Poles, Estonians, Latvians and Ukranians see Russia as a huge threat. But what would they know? They have only been invaded by jolly old Russia every few decades or so for the past 300 years, give or take a half a century. Russia is behaving as if it was the CCCP again. Pretty bloody obvious stuff.

The Polish people don't want the shit in Poland, unfortunately they have a government much the same as Canada and the USA and the average people have no say. They only vote in some government that promises everything and then comes up short. The Polish government tells people it will help there chance of not requiring visa's to visit the 10,000,000 Poles in the US. I am not debating anything, I am stating my opinion which in fact is very anti-American.
