Has anyone else noticed that under Gordon Campbell, BC has increased the pace of becoming a serious nanny state? Booster seat laws take affect today as well.

While I agree with the intent of this law, I had a good chuckle imagining a 9 year old in a booster seat.

That said.... most shoulder belts don't fit properly on children without a special clip.
