That's a good point and your right. It's not overly fair to point the finger at Dion for not stepping up and opposing the sale when Harper hasn't either. Over all the responsibility lays with the Conservatives (and a willing opposition) to pull the plug on the sale.

That kind of brings me back to what I was trying to point out, with out the governments backing the NDP's lawsuit isn't going any where.
