Good luck the Liberals are not ready for an election and may even have a leadership race before that, lol. The only one to really benefit from the election would be Layton, yup Layton.
The Conservatives will not have a majority, but they will hang onto the minority they have at the moment. The centerists and those leaning left, the environmentalists and a collection of others will move all be it, holding their nose will in fact vote for layton in enough numbers to depose the current Liberal Party official opposition.

thats a very interesting idea , but unsure about ontario and its urban ridings which seem liberal till the end .

admit the liberals haven't been a very effective opposition so far .
