You guys are missing the point. It isn't 1%, if we're collecting taxes on it, it's 100% legal. If the US doesn't like it.....oh well, we sell it to anyone who will buy it. If we sell it to say, the Chinese, and they smuggle it into the US, it's not us doing it. Plus after awhile everyone in the US will be stoned and won't give two shits about where it's coming from. This is potentially a bigger economic boom than even Alberta oil. We in BC will be calling those in Alberta our poor cousins to the east.....
