One of many programs that only target people of certain colours. There are other examples, this is simply one. If you are Chinese, white, etc you cannot benefit from this type of program. The bastard. /s

So, where is the discrimination? There are plenty of business grants and loans that are available to anyone. Those are meant to offset the systemic discrimination that black entrepreneurs face.

EXCLUSIVE: Source says Sloan purge about stopping social conservatives at party conventionThe senior Conservative said O’Toole is trying to stop Sloan, and his ally, Campaign Life, from electing enough delegates they could push through their own strong social agenda. $1: Federal Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole’s attempt to expel Ontario MP Derek Sloan from the party’s caucus was motivated by worries his social conservative followers were planning to “hijack” the looming Tory convention, says a source tells Western Standard.
The source is a high-ranking Tory, who served on the party’s Leadership Organizing Committee, who spoke to the Western Standard on condition of anonymity.
According to the source, Campaign Life Coalition – a pro-life political action committee – has been working with Sloan to elect enough delegates to support socially conservative policies, and elect members of the party’s National Council.
Sloan is an ardent pro-lifer, has landed in hot water in the past for his comments on gay rights.
Just one day before O’Toole announced that he wanted Sloan out of the party’s caucus, he issued a statement emphasizing he is pro-choice and that there was no place for the “far-right” in his party.
“This is not about Sloan – this is about the people who go to the convention as voting delegates and get to decide future policy of the party,” said the source, who added he has spoken to many MPs who are furious with their leader’s actions.

DrCaleb DrCaleb: I too would like to see legislation currently on the table that discriminates against people of colour. Your mistake is in thinking that he's discriminating against people of colour.

GOOD! O'Toole appears to have learned lessons of the past couple elections. Lets see if others do.

MP Derek Sloan ejected from Conservative caucus for “destructive behaviour”: O’Toole$1: OTTAWA — Controversial MP Derek Sloan was kicked out of the Conservative caucus Wednesday, a move party leader Erin O'Toole said was due to a "pattern of destructive behaviour" that had become a distraction.
O'Toole's acknowledgment that Sloan's dismissal was not solely over a donation he'd taken from a white nationalist came after hours of heated debate within caucus that saw MPs castigate both Sloan for his record and O'Toole for how he'd handled the issue.
Sloan said he will now sit as an Independent and will continue to fight for conservatives voices.
"No matter how ugly — how undemocratic — the events of the last two days have been, always remember that the Conservative Party of Canada is not the personal property of Erin O’Toole, nor is it the personal property of the cabal that surrounds him," he wrote.
O'Toole had formally triggered the effort to boot Sloan after revelations Monday that Sloan accepted a donation last year from a known white nationalist, news that broke one day after O'Toole declared there's no room in his party for far-right extremism or racism.
