The Trans community aren't by and large douchebags. The reason Jessica is a douchbag isn't because of being trans, so the community bears no responsibility for her. Speaking out one way or the other makes no difference.

My point was more that until recently the WHO and most other psychiatric institutions just wrote them all off as having a mental illness. Clearly this one has a mental illness.

I don't think its a mental illness. There was a guy in Alberta who was famous for filing bogus human rights complaints because the system paid the complainant part of the settlement. He was gaming the system to get income, after he left the Human Rights commission to pursue his new income source. They changed the rules because of his litigation, and he had to get a real job.

I suspect this is what Jessica is doing, but has had her plans foiled because she owes money from the last trial.

I also wonder if he/she is really a Trans. I occasionally suspect he is just pretending so he can win these cases and make money. I don't know for sure but I would think he/she would be known to the local Trans community prior to getting known for the court cases.
