I notice the change does not acknowledge the citizens of Canada as having rights in the Constitution. What about the rights of the Blacks, Asian, and White Canadians? Heck I'm sure there is a few Canadians of Hispanic Decent, why doesn't the oath include them.

This isn't 1830 or even 1960, Since the 90's Natives have had more opportunities to get ahead in Canada than alot of the immigrants who'll have to bow to them ever will.
