And, before the jackasses sound off, during his administration Obama also did miss one observance at Arlington, but Joe Biden was in attendance instead as Obama was at the Abraham Lincoln Cemetery in Illinois to attend an event there that was cancelled by a thunderstorm. Regardless of that neither he nor Biden stayed at the White House with jet lag, the vapours, to fuck around on Twitter, or to make sure the bouffant didn't get wet.
