How about we make Paul along with Luka, Vince and Bruce (and every other piece of scum and villainy in Canada) Solarnaughts. We build a rocket and we launch it in a degrading circular orbit that takes ~15 years to finally plunge into the sun, also, we only give them enough food for 12 years.

0 out of 10 for that sentence.

Easy to show remorse... but I really doubt that it's real remorse, he's just saying what he thinks he needs to say to get out of jail early. Sociopath killers are usually very good manipulators, but they have absolutely no empathy.

Maybe he should be taken out of segregation so that someone can give him a hug.

Vince Li doesn’t belong in that group. Unlike the others you mentioned he wasn’t a sadist or a serial killer and didn’t kill for pleasure he was completely divorced from reality due to illness. And unlike the others he was found not criminally responsible.and since treatment and returning to lucidity I understand he lives with genuine pain and regret for what happened. I cant even imagine what that must br like.

Pray you never have to take a front row seat to witness mental illness destroy a life in your immediate family or social circle, as I witnessed. An eye-opener for me was watching it slowly destroy the life of a highly successful, highly social, highly educated professional and seeing it reduce her entire family to a mass of grief and stress and financial burden while she was repeatedly arrested and jailed for beviour that can basically be described as harassing emails and text messages. The bar for NCR status is very high and she didn’t meet it.

Seeing her turn the corner and rejoin society and become a ‘normal ‘ person again also opened my eyes, although she probably went about 10 years without steady employment and about 5 of those years were plagued by delusions of being under surveillance and the subject of elaborate conspiracies that she thought involved her family, friends and coworkers. But today she’s married, has a child, and is back at a 6-figurre salary job.

All it took to reach a turning point was 2 weeks in the right hospital and then having the right people in her life to support her. The time it took for her to achieve a breakthrough and turn the corner had nothing to do with the severity of her harassment or the number of emails or text sent. The time it takes to make a crazy person sane has nothing to do with the severity of what they did when they were crazy, just like the time it takes to stitch up a wound that bleeds all over an expensive carpet is exactly the same as it would if it had bled over a cheap carpet.
