We just have to cater to what people BUY. And point out major cost savings like on employee medical benefits. Nothing stopping any maker wanting a better slice of the N American market from opening or expanding a plant.
Nothing stopping a cheese, milk or poultry buyer to saying we want steroid free, hormone free, no antibiotic, traceable right back to the farm product IF you can supply it cheaper. We already have capacity to produce all we need.
