While I'm all for Keystone, the problem is if it goes ahead, it may very well remove the need for Energy East, which I think is the better pipeline. Energy East would still give us tidewater access, but would also allow us to supply eastern Canada, instead of them importing oil from Saudi Arabia and Nigeria.
Under the 100 MT cap here in Alberta, we simply won't be able to fill all three pipelines, assuming the Trans Mountain expansion happens too.
Then remove the cap, and let's build the pipeline.
