Zipperfish Zipperfish: You know what's a disturbance on a plane? The two beers reacting violently with the burrito I had for lunch resulting in a an eight-second, three octave fart. Did you ever do that, knowing it was going to be loud, and timing it to the beat of the loud music to disguise it . . only to remember you were wearing a Walkman?

Here's another disturbance on a budget flight. This one was British. Happened today. Terror on EasyJet flight as migrant being deported to Venice screams 'Allahu Akbar' 29 times, 'death is coming' 17 times and 'we will die' nine times in shocking two-hour frenzy$1: Passengers were terrified on the two-hour flight by the handcuffed man The Home Office is using budget airlines to deport illegal immigrants Lucy O'Sullivan, who was on the flight, said travellers did not know if they would get off the flight safely The screaming man was being deported to Venice
Holidaymakers were forced to endure a terrifying two-hour flight alongside a migrant who repeatedly screamed ‘Allahu Akbar’ and ‘death is coming’ – as it emerged the Home Office is using budget airlines to deport illegal immigrants.
Children were reduced to tears and travellers feared a terror attack until it became clear that the handcuffed man was being guarded by Home Office officials.
But there was no official explanation from the captain or crew as he kicked, thrashed about and threatened passengers and crew in an expletive-strewn tirade.

andyt andyt: Ok, so let's cruise down this list that's giving you such a boner and see what you're so proud of. First thing - you either didn't read your list or didn't think I would. There are 5 incidents - a drunken chick fight, a group of students who wouldn't sit down or put their cell phones away, and a female sociology professor who had an extra martini and decided she could smoke then bothered the whole plane with a rant concerning among other things how America game Hugo Chavez ass cancer. The other two of the five were both Muslim disturbances. The first one was "34-year-old Ahmed Kochi Hissein-Warimi, of Calgary"He was exhibiting disruptive and belligerent behaviour towards flight crew and passengers. He was charged with 6 counts of breaching probation, mischief and endangering the safety of an aircraft. With the other Muslim incident a passenger on the flight said the man, who had to be restrained, made references to jihad The rest on the list you were so impressed with were things like weather disturbances and equipment problems. Nobody, but you suggested only Muslims caused disturbances on planes. ( That's 1. Let's see how many times I have to repeat that.) They are the ones on your list worth hearing about though. Muslims have attacked planes in the name of Islam before, and the Muslims above who caused disturbances knew this. They used the fact to try to terrify passengers. That's news. Those stories will be repeated. You obviously don't like them being repeated, but that's just another fun reason to get them out there.

Delwin Delwin: Don't forget: Naomi Campbell Gerrard Depardieu Alec Baldwin Billy Joe Armstrong Kate Moss Leanne Rimes Selma Blair.
All known Jihadis Let me know when any of them started shouting 'God is Great, we all gonna die', or anything similar. Your obvious sliding the not related in defense of your favorite pets, and willing blindness can only be on purpose.

I forget what Andy's record is on amount of times it takes to get a simple fact through the Regressive leftist reality filter, but I'm sure the 2 of you working together can beat it.
It is impressive though, I remember that much.

Well, 'God is Great', the Takbir is a Muslim prayer, so I'm not sure we would find a non-muslim reciting it. We are all going to die? Selma Blair said "he is trying to kill me" during her mental breakdown so that is pretty close.

Ok I'll play. Let's see how many times it takes for FD to repost his assertion that only Andy suggested that only Muslims cause disturbances on a plane in an attempt to paint himself as an impartial poster just reporting a story while Andy never said that and we all know he is a one-trick islamophobic phony. 3 so far.

No one on the other side makes excuses for a drunk celebrity or coked-up supermodel making trouble on a plane in flight the way you guys do in the same situation for a Muslim erupting into a Ba'allahu-akbar laced rant or "kill the unbelievers" meltdown.

I am just not as willing to paint them all with the same brush. I am not making excuses. The guy who said Allahu Ackbar on the plane while in custody was trying to invoke a reaction. No question about it. He deserves to have whatever charges accompany that thrown at him. He is a dick and was using his persona to illicit a racist response. That is what Jihadis want, for you to hate Muslims because they want them all to join the fight.
The more we as a society buy into it, the better they accomplish their goal and the more followers they will recruit.
Their are 1.6 Billion of them. They are not all Terrorists, if they were, it is not a war we could win. It would simply be perpetual war, forever.
If you think Islam is going to go away, it isn't. We can only hope it evolves and extremist elements are weeded out, similar to what we have seen with Christianity. Trying to deal with 30,000 fighters in Isis is an enormous task. Making 1.6 Billion people your enemy because of 30,000 or 100,000 or even 10,000,000 is a foolish deathwish.
