If you're going to put the 9mm through their brain pain, why do it from extremely close range? Now you've just got the guy's brains splattered all over you, in your hair, maybe even down your shirt. Stand back 10 metres man!
Okay, but you'd better be John Wayne because one shot one kill is one hell of alot harder at 10 meters than it is at 0 meters.
Head shot on stationary target at 10m should be easy enough. And if you only wing him, just apologize politely and try again until you get it right. He'll understand.
