I don't really know that much about it, but was thinking of installations that supply the small settlements in the North.

But I had forgotten about the winter darkness, just when they most need the juice, so it seems like a non starter to me now.

What rickc mentions is very true and one reason I asked the USCG to transfer me back to Texas. I spend my last two months in Vegas staying Sam's Town Casino out on Boulder. Also that darn summer wicked frying dry heat does a number inside out on me .
