It's a stupid question with a stupid premise. Basically a have you stopped beating your wife question. There is no direct answer to your question because it's so inane. What is there to avoid, ie something I don't want to admit? But I guess in moron land, the existence of "collections" is a given, just how to distribute these weapons.

As I said, a beating your wife question. I don't want stockpiles in the hands of rich, middle or poor people. I'd feel better if these stockpiles were distributed into the maws of smelters. That you and numbnuts see only two possibilities, both of which involve keeping the stockpiles, says a lot.

Why did you have to be provoked into your answer? I disagree with you but it was actually a fair answer to the question.
