I'd prefer it if it were "man-eating Albertans try raw vegans for a month". This one hippie ate a lot of berries and honey. Mmmmmm, tasty! Image

I've read quite a bit on the subject, and the best I've read so far have been these seven words: Eat Food. Not too much. Mostly plants.

Yea, that's the deeper meaning behind 'Eat Food'. If it comes from a plant, eat it. If it's made in a plant, skip it. ;)
