I personally blame thugs for this. Its not religion. If they had shouted some ISIS chant or Allah Akbar before detonating a bomb vest or gone into the night club shooting only Christians or Jews, then I'd agree its terrorism, but, its some wannabe gangbangers that wanted to settle some score they had.

For those who didn't know, Calgary is in the midst of a gang war, and there were several gang related shootings last year...
