Way to early for a guess, but with Islamics wouldn't you expect somebody to have heard an "Alahu Akbar"? I wouldn't be willing to put money on that one.

The target victims don't fit the crazy right winger profile though. A radical pro lifer will blow up a PP clinic but they're not going to shoot kids in wheelchairs. A demented Sandy Hook type would but they don't operate in teams of three and then try to escape. This is why I'm thinking natural-born Americans that converted to Islam then formed an ISIS cell because there isn't a helpless victim who has no chance of even defending themselves that the scum in that group won't attack. American neo-Nazis are assholes but this kind of attack just isn't their thing because they're a huge way away from killing these kind of victims in some sort of fucked up "improve the genetic bloodline" kind of way.

Exactly, besides they would probably target something more prominent, like a church or tourist attraction or a government building or something. So far the only 'clue' or perhaps red herring is that the centre (which BTW is not a government office but a private not-for-profit) offers sex education to people with disabilities.

Still a massive stretch though. The pro-life psychos so far have only shot/blown up people/things direct directly related to abortion. It's not like they've started killing convenience store clerks for selling condoms or arsoning a pharmacy for giving out birth control pills. Shooting the hell out of as esoteric as a class that teaches people in wheelchairs how to fuck would be something that wouldn't even enter the limited minds of someone from that part of the asshole spectrum.
