The old "deficit is worse than we thought" line, and andy gobbled it up like a bass on a spinner bait.

I'm not sure I just read the same article some of you guys did.

The one I read projected a small surplus this year.

It expected a bad economy down the road though and didn't seem to think the money was going to be there for the sorts of things the liberals were saying they wanted to do, because of the global economic nose dive it saw in the future.

I couldn't find the 'all Harper's fault' stuff some of you seem to think you saw there.

The article may not have said it but, one of our HDS sufferers did which, was enough to get the ball rolling and will likely set the stage for the next 4 years worth of excuses.
