I've had doctors screw up while working on me and another almost kill my mother due to mixing the wrong medications.
Doctors make far more mistakes than receptionists.
On the glue, it's really not a big deal. It does make for a good story in the media, however.
Ain't that the truth, years ago I got a piece of steel in my right eye, had it removed at RCH Emergency Ward at about 1:00 am Monday. The doc said I had to come back the next day to have their head ophthalmologist check it out. He checked it out and found some rust on the eyeball that had to be removed. He got everything together and promptly headed toward my left eye with a small grinder. Just before he started to grind away I had to stop him and tell him.....It's the other eye doc!!!! This was right after he had spent a couple minutes checking out the right eye.
