I read a few European news sites today, from Sweden too. None said anything about a beheading.

Someone is incorrect, or leaving facts out.

Not to put too fine a point on it but in an unedited version of Bart's pic, we see a unit number 100. The address of the Ikea where the stabbings happened is Erikslund Shopping Center, Domkraftsgatan 2, 721 38 Västerås, Sweden

It can be viewed from Google maps, Doors are different, no plants like that, etc, etc
