Thanos Thanos:
Normal person: being vicious to women, including raping them, is kinda wrong.
MRA/PUA/GamerGate: what are you, some kind of beta-male SJW pussy or something ?!?!?
That's false. It's made up.
I'm up on the gamergate one now in particular. What you're saying is an absolute, 100% lie if you're talking about the intellect managing the gamergate movement. I imagine there are some reddit kids who think in the manner you're suggesting. But they're more like you. They don't understand what it's actually about.
MRA - I don't know a lot about, but when I hear them they appear to be talking more about equality of the sexes. Their complaint is third wave feminism wants supremacist status, with men subjugated and anyone who speaks out against them shut up and under control of their movement.
Also a significant portion of both gamergate and MRA appear to be women. At least some of the strongest voices in those 2 movements I've heard from have been women.
This PUA thing I hadn't even heard of until Roosh. As I understand it, it's more the Progressive's side that's responsible for that. It's a reaction to their view of open sexuality, no blame, no shame, get it while you can, kind of female sexuality.
The idea is the progressive feminist encourages a kind of "be like a guy. Go and get yourself some" behavior.
Roosh believed the modern woman had been pushed into just going for the fun. He suggested that had become the new feminist sexual ethic.
He and others came to the conclusion that in order to deal with the modern woman you had to be the kind of guy that kind of girl was looking for. He made a study of how to "game" the situation, and take advantage of the "make me smile, then do me" kind of sexuality he believed modern feminism was creating.
He now claims he's moved on, and is looking for a more oneguy/onegirl, long term, with a partner he can trust kind of relationship.
The "pushing for rape" thing? That never happened. You're making it up.
