I always figured the cops deserved a bit of leeway for things like having to pick body parts up from the carnage drunk drivers cause or for being the first ones on the scene to find things like some meth-mom using the microwave oven to dry off her baby. No wonder most of them are in a bad mood most of the time.

Just in case anyone wasn't sure this is the sort of thing I'm talking about that making the rights of shitheads equivalent as the rights of normal people. I'm pretty sure I'm not a fascist but at the same time I really have zero problem when the cops show up in armour and go into the crowd swinging the batons at worthless nutsacks like the ones outside Zippy's office. My sister is a city cop for the last 25 years and I honestly don't know how she does it. I seen nasty carnage on several overseas tours and I'll never forget the sights, sounds and the SMELLS if I live to be 150 years old. I'm amazed that more soldiers and cops aren't suffering from some form or another of PTSD.

With the cops the war is never over either, not until they retire. They never get to see an armistice or cease-fire ever occur because the scumbags they deal with every day simply never stop what they do to make the world that much more of a miserable place.
