The issue here is Dunham is threatening to sue Truth Revolt for directly quoting stuff like Dunham bragging about such things as doing "anything a sexual predator might do to woo a small suburban girl". She tells us in her quotes she was still tricking her little sister into her bed when she was 17.

It probably sounded pretty cool in her Proggy Pea brain when she first wrote it down in her 28 year old memoirs, but directly quote her words back to her and even she can see how this does not make her the definition of cool, as she first thought it did, so she threatens to sue.

BTW Dunham's family is rich. She grew up in multi-room houses. There was no having to stuff poor Lena and her little sister into the same bed.

Actually you guys have been having a bad week, haven't you? First your wunderkid Ghomeshi turns out to be a sexual assaulter. Nope. There needs to be criminal intent for there to be a crime. Not to mention that children under 12 cannot commit crimes.

New York allows children 7 years and older to be arrested and charged and convicted of crimes.
