Because we've learned that regime change isn't easy. It took 45 years for Germany to fully recover from the aftermath of WWII.

Well, that and the fact that Germany didn't have a billion Chinese armed with nuclear weapons to back them up.

Regime change in fraggle rock won't happen till the Zoo Keepers in Beijing decide it's time and as long as they're having issues with the rest of the Pacific Rim countries it isn't likely to happen anytime soon. Especially when their pets can trot out half wit, has been athletes like Denis Rodman as proof of their benevolence.

On the plus side Beijing seems to be just as concerned as the rest of us, and there is also the fact that Beijing's main man in Lil' Kim's regime was fed to dogs recently might have strained the relationship slightly.

Ok, I read the article but didn't watch the whole vid as it was just too annoying to listen to past the halfway point. The article summed it up anyway.
